Getting started with eureos

Our transparent career models make your opportunities for entry and development with eureos quite clear. The employment relationship is flexible regardless of your career level – full time, part time, freelance or independent contract work. The idea that professional development and family life can be reconciled is alive and well with us. We are interested in long-term collaboration and want to enhance our skills and competencies along with yours on both a professional and a personal level.

Work experience/Placement student

You are completing the second half of your studies and would like to use a minimum of 4 months to practice the application of the skills you learned in theory? At eureos you will gain comprehensive insight into the range of duties and the procedures in a multidisciplinary consulting firm. Consider the benefits you can gain from the experience of our employees and apply for a position as trainee/assistant or a student employee.

Practical training

We offer you an opportunity to convert your theoretical knowledge into practical experience. Experienced co-workers and development opportunities exactly right for you are at your disposal and will help you in identifying your special skills and in working to expand them. By providing flexible work times for you, we also ensure that your acquisition of practical skills can be coordinated with your studies.

Studies at the Vocational Academy

We are keenly interested in promoting young talent at eureos and therefore support the co-operation with the local vocational academies in Dresden and Leipzig. Avail yourself of the opportunity to learn from direct contact with clients and take advantage of the practical experience this offers. For the theoretical segments of your studies we will release you from your practical duties.

Consultant

You have a university or college degree and are looking to enter into a profession or perhaps you have even successfully completed further professional studies? At eureos you can benefit from the experience of other employees and from our innovative team dynamics.

Associate / Senior Associate

You already have professional experience and have completed the qualifying/specialist examination? You are looking for a new professional challenge? You would like to contribute your many years of expertise in your specialised field by applying it in a new environment in order to advance yourself and gain new perspectives? At eureos you will have the option of exchanging job-related information in small teams, working independently or in a team and keep up direct contact with clients.
