Dirk-Ulrich Krüger, born in Freiberg/Saxony, studied business administration at the Dresden University of Applied Sciences and at the National College of Ireland in Dublin. Since 2006 he has been a charterholder of the CFA Institute in Charlottesville, Virginia, USA.

He began his professional career in 2001 at PricewaterhouseCoopers AG (PwC) in Dresden, where he worked as a consultant for medium-sized businesses and in the field of evaluating economic development programs. This was followed by positions as team leader at Sächsische Aufbaubank – Förderbank in the area of GRW promotion and at PwC in Frankfurt/Main in the area of Infrastructure & Mobility, where he was responsible for consulting and transaction projects in this industrial sector. In 2012, he took over as head of PwC’s advisory division in Dresden, focusing on corporate finance consulting for small and medium-sized enterprises, transactions and public sector consulting.

Dirk-Ulrich Krüger joined eureos corporate finance gmbh as managing partner in August 2016.

Main focus of concultancy work

M&A, due diligence, business plans / controlling systems, restructuring consulting, financing and subsidy consulting, company valuations as well as economic issues in state aid law, such as private investor tests
